What was Elizabeth Mullins' maiden name? Who were her parents?

Elizabeth & Champ Mulllins migrated from Wilkes County, North Carolina (where they were listed in 1800 Census) to Rockcastle County, Kentucky (where they were listed in 1810 Census).  They had several children.  Rockcastle County Death Records document their daughters Tamsey and Rebecca.  Other likely children were Morgan, Mordecai, Calloway, William, Gardner, Sarah & Marshall.   Many researchers list Elizabeth's maiden name as Calloway but I haven't found actual proof of that.  The fact that one of her sons was named Calloway lends some credibility to this possibility.
