Jesse Thomas and Rebecca were the parents of Margaret Thomas. They were living in Lumpkin and Murray
Counties in Georgia in 1840, 1850 and 1860. By 1870, Jesse had apparently died and Rebecca had moved
to Logan County, Kentucky near her daughters, Margaret (and John R. Petty) and Nancy (and Joseph Petty).
Jesse was born about 1802 in South Carolina and Rebecca was born about 1807 in Georgia. Nothing is
