Kentuckiana Digital Library - Digital images of some old Kentucky newspapers. The Mt. Vernon Signal (1899-1911) and Earlington Bee (1897-1912) are included. Maintained by the University of Kentucky and available free. Kentucky Death Index - Index of Kentucky Death Certificates from 1911-2000. Available free through Rootsweb. Social Security Death Index - Index of deaths reported to the Social Security Administration. It is updated regularly and made available free through Rootsweb. County Locator - Enter a town and state to find the current county name. Available free through Rootsweb. |
