  General Notes:

According to a newspaper clipping of his obituary, Perry had been in Denver for 7 weeks when he died. He had gone there to recover from Tuberculosis. So, Perry apparently died between Apr 1922 & Oct 1922. His obituary doesn't list the date of his death and the date it was published is unknown but it states he was 23, indicating he died before his 24th birthday in Oct 1922. The obituary mentions his young son who was born in Jan 1922 and Perry wrote his niece a letter dated 23 Feb 1922 from North Carolina [where he was hospitalized for treatment of tuberculosis at Oteen before he went to Denver]. He had been in Denver for 7 weeks so he couldn't have died before April, 1922.
