John Corum HANKINS 1484,1497
General Notes: John C. Hankins birth date is listed as 8 Dec 1894 on his death certificate and Hopkins County vital statistics death record. [The death certificate information was provided by his father, T. L. Hankins.] However, Gertie Tapp Hankins' bible and a newspaper clipping of his obituary both list his birth date as 22 Dec 1893. In addition, Dr. Mike Brown's ledger also lists an "obst. visit" to wife of Lee Hankins on 22 Dec 1893. Therefore, it seems that 22 Dec 1893 is the correct date.
